Studio Policies

Retainer Fee

A retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is non‑refundable, but it may be transferred if you choose to reschedule rather than cancel. Clients may reschedule up to three (3) times before the retainer fee is forfeited. After the third reschedule, a new retainer will be required to book any future appointments. Please also note if you book your appointment over the phone, your deposit must be paid using the link sent to your email within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled, and you must rebook online if you’d like to keep your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file.

  • Missed appointments with no notice will also be charged 50% of the service total.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows appointment times to be offered to those waiting for availability.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment up to three (3) times without penalty, provided the request is made within the required 12‑hour notice period.

After the third reschedule, a new retainer fee will be required to secure your next appointment. This helps maintain an efficient schedule and ensures availability for all clients.

Grace Period

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.

  • A 10‑minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled, and a 50% no‑show fee will be charged to the card on file.

This policy helps protect the quality of your service and prevents delays for the next client.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all studio policies. A signed acknowledgment form is required at the time of booking.
