Deposits: Required at time of booking

Cancellation| Rescheduling Policy: Cancelled and rescheduled appointments must be done within 12 hours of your booked appointment. Any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the 12 hour timeframe will be subject to being charged the full amount of your service, using the card on file.

Grace period: At Skin Brow Lash Studio, your time is valued - Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to ensure the best service experience possible.

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a no-show fee will be debited from the card on file.
