Policies

Deposits: Required at time of booking & non-refundable but is transferrable if rescheduled instead of cancelled. (Maximum number of times that you’re able to reschedule before deposit is forfeited is 3 times)

Cancellation: Cancelled and rescheduled appointments must be done within 12 hours of your booked appointment. Any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the 12 hour timeframe will be subject to being charged 50% of your service, using the card on file.

Rescheduling Policy:

At Skin Brow Lash Studio, I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to adjust your appointment. Clients are welcome to reschedule up to three (3) times without penalty.

After the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your next booking. This policy ensures that appointment times are respected and allows other clients the opportunity to book open spots.

Please note that all reschedules must be made within the required notice period outlined in the cancellation policy.

Grace period: Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to ensure the best service experience possible.

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a no-show fee (50% of service) will be debited from the card on file.
